Usage：
The multifunctional extraction tank is a kind of special equipment that leaches some components in solid matters by using liquid solvents. It is suitable for the extraction of effective components in roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits and seeds of various plants and animal brains, bones, viscera and natural mineral substances. It meets the production requirements of water, alcohol and ether and Other various organic solvents. It can meet the requirements of various extraction processes such as extraction at normal pressure, high pressure and low pressure and the changes of various production conditions such as high temperature, normal temperature and low temperature. It has been widely applied in the production of medicines, food, beverages, health products and bulk drugs.
Technical features:
1. The pneumatically controlled self-locking type residue discharging door does not have any leakage and ensures that the door will not automatically open in case of sudden power cut or air cut. It use is safe and reliable.
2. The specially designed back flushing device not only eliminates material accumulation in the extraction tank and enhances leaching rate, but also makes the temperatures at all parts in the tank consistent and ensures the extracting effect.
3. The specially improved side discharging structure not only accelerates the discharging rate, but solves the problem that flower medicines are easily blocked during discharging. In addition, it is easy to assemble, disassemble and clean.
4. The defoamer not only effectively prevents the blocking of condenser caused by the occurrence of frothing, but it is easy to clean with easy and convenient operation.
5. The new type oil-water separator can collect both light oil and heavy oil. The operation is direct and convenient.
6.The segmented heating mode not only fully meets the requirements of "mild and strong fire" in the extraction process, but effectively ensures the sub-boiling status during the extraction process.
Structure: Common structural forms include: normal taper type extraction tank (traditional type), straight type extraction tank, mushroom type extraction tank and upside-down taper type extraction tank.
